永年性木本果樹のカキを材料として、幼若組織と成熟相組織について不定胚の誘導を試みた。幼若組織である未熟種子の胚軸・子葉をサイトカイニンのベンジルアデニン(BA)とオ-キシンの2,4-ジクロロフェノキシ酢酸(2,4-D)を組み合わせて添加した培地で培養することによって不定胚が誘導され、植物体が再生された。いっぽう、成熟相に達した植物体の葉片はサイトカイニンのチジアズロン(TDZ)を高濃度で添加した培地で不定胚が誘導されたが、幼植物体の再生までには至らなかった。

The induction of adventitious embryos in perennial woody fruit trees is studied. The embryonic axis and cotyledon of immature seeds in young tissues are combined with 2,4-hexurofluoroacetic acid (2,4-D) in the o-kisinin, which is added to the ground and cultured. This allows adventitious embryos to be induced and plants to be regenerated. The leaves of mature plants were induced by high concentration of TDZ, and the regeneration of young plants was induced by high concentration of TDZ.
