日本の医学部教育における6年間統合型行動科学教育プログラムの開発に関する研究と称して、以下の点を行った.(1)研修医の行動医学に対しての意識、臨床現場での問題点、ストレスコーピングのあり方を探索した.(2)身体診察を含む医療面接実習を、模擬患者を養成して施行し、その養成プログラムの妥当性と実習の教育効果を評価した.(3)パイロットスタディとして、継続的地域体験実習の導入を試み、行動科学教育の観点から実習効果を評価した.(4)内外の行動科学教育の実践者や研究者と継続的に協議を重ね、最終年度に国際シンポジウムを開催し、日本における今後の統合型行動科学プログラムのひな型を提案した.

The Department of Medical Education in Japan has been engaged in six years of integrated operational science education. The following points are listed below: (1) to study the knowledge of the practice of medical practice, the problems in the field of medical practice, and the exploration of medical practitioners. (2) the physical examination includes medical contact therapy, and the model patients are trained to carry out the training. It is necessary to improve the effectiveness of education. (3) the training of regional data, the implementation of operational science education, and the implementation of operational science education. (4) the agreement held by researchers in the field of both internal and external activities in science education, and the opening of the most recent international training program. In Japan, there is a proposal for the future development of a unified action science program.
