项目摘要

従来の異性交際に関する心理学的研究では、親密化過程と崩壊過程に関するモデルが別々に提出されてきた。そのため、いずれのモデルも関係の変化のダイナミズムを十分に説明できていない。そこで、本研究は異性交際中の感情に注目し、親密化過程と崩壊過程とを包含するモデルの構築を試みた。本年度の研究の成果は以下の四点にまとめられる。第一に、異性交際中の感情を測定する尺度を開発し、論文「異性交際中の感情と相手との関係性」として発表した。第二に、時系列調査によって、関係の変化と意識の変化との関連を分析した。調査期間中に関係が変化した人では、情熱感情と尊敬・信頼感情とが大きく変化していたのに対し、親和不満感情はほとんど変化していなかった。したがって、関係の親密化や崩壊には否定的感情より情熱感情や尊敬・信頼感情などの肯定的感情の方が関連している可能性が示唆された。第三に、異性交際中の感情と個人特性要因との関連について検討した。不安傾向の強い人は親和不満感情と攻撃・拒否感情だけでなく、情熱感情も感じやすいこと、回避傾向が強い人は情熱感情や尊敬・信頼感情を感じにくく、攻撃・拒否感情を感じやすいことが明らかにされた。したがって、不安傾向の高い人は異性の友人関係より恋愛関係を構築し、回避傾向の高い人は親密な関係を構築しにくいと考えられる。第四に、異性交際をテーマとした流行歌を視聴する前後での気分の変化を、実験によって検討した。流行歌視聴前に比べ、気分がポジティブに変化することが明らかになった。
