项目摘要

3年間で調査した地域と種は下記である。カナダはバンフ周辺でYellow,L'S,(芯弁の形や色で3種)Sparrowegg L'S, MountainL'S,。アメリカではサギナウ周辺でCandidum, Yellow, Showy,を。カルフォルニア州でCalifornicumである。本研究期間中の3年間は天候不順で、開花期が定まらず数年前の調査時とは異なり、開花期に十分な調査が行えなかった。平成19年度は平年より10日以上遅れ、平成20年度は平年より20日も遅れた種があった。これらの種はHVカメラで記録した。DNA解析のため収集したサンプルは上記の他国内種のコアツモリ、アツモリソウ、ホテイアツモリソウ、テップアツモリソウ、キタミアツモリソウである。無菌培養はShowy Alkinoの種を用いて開花時期短縮の実験を継続中である。米国、カナダの開花日の激変からスエーデン、北カナダの調査を行うことが出来なかった。アラスカ、北カナダ、スエーデンは新たな計画を立てて行う。北米のアツモリソウは開発のため10年前とは著しく減少している。生育地が広大であるため株数の減少とは言っても日本とは比較できない。但し、Californicumは盗掘され株数の減少が著しい。Showyもカナダに比べれば生育地は狭くなっている。カナダのバンフでは, MountainL'Sは数株であったが、他の種は分布域も広く大群落は10年前とあまり変化は見られない。カナダの種について大群落の記録をまとめる必要性は高い。
