为了探讨脓毒性休克的治疗策略，我们在大鼠内毒素休克模型中给予3-氨基苯甲酰胺，聚（ADP-核糖）合成酶抑制剂。3-氨基苯甲酰胺降低全身炎症反应并改善血流动力学。提示聚ADP核糖合成酶在感染性休克发病机制中起重要作用。
英文摘要
To investigate a strategy for treatment of septic shock, we administered 3-aminobenzamide, poly (ADP-ribose) synthetase inhibitor, in rat endotoxic shock model. 3-aminobenzamide reduced systemic inflammatory response and improved hemodynamics. These findings suggest that poly (ADP-ribose) synthetase plays an important role in mechanism of septic shock.
