本年度は、研究計画にしたがい、本研究計画の遂行に必要な追加的資料収集ならびに研究成果の国際的発信をおこなった。具体的には、まず資料収集については、2007年6〜7月にスロヴェニア、クロアチア、ボスニアを訪問し、スロヴェニアの1990-2005年までの各年の世論調査データを収集することに成功しただけでなく、現地の研究者に対する聞き取り調査を追加的に実施し、また、スロヴェニア、クロアチア、ボスニアを中心とする選挙制度と政党システムに関する文献資料を多数収集することができた。つぎに、研究成果の国際的発信という点については、2007年7月にボスニアのコニッツにおいて開催された国際学術会議に出席し、本研究計画において前年度に現地で行った政党システムに関する専門家サーベイのデータにもとづき、旧ユーゴスラビアの政党システムに関する研究報告を行った。この国際会議には旧ユーゴスラビア各地の研究者に加え、ノルウェー工科大学政治学部のサブリナ・P・ラメ教授など欧米の旧ユーゴスラビア研究の第一人者も出席しており、この会議での研究報告を通じ、本研究計画の研究成果の一部を国際的に発信することができ、また多くの専門家と意見交換を行うことができた。本研究計画はこの追加的資料収集と国際会議での研究発表をもって終了し、現在、国際会議で得られたフィードバックやその後に得られた同僚からのコメントをもとに分析内容を若干修正しながら、研究成果の総括を行っているところである。本研究計画の研究成果は、すでにその一部が平成19年度に刊行したいくつかの論文において利用されているが、本研究成果の総合的な発表は、平成20年度以降、順次、学術論文の刊行を通じて行っていくことを予定している。

This year, the research plan is in progress, and additional data collection necessary for the implementation of this research plan and international communication of research results are required. The specific data collection was conducted from June to July 2007. The data collection was successful in collecting data from 1990 to 2005. The data collection was conducted by local researchers. The most important thing is that the election system of the Communist Party of China (CPC) should be improved. In July 2007, the research results were presented to the international academic conference. In the previous year, the research project was carried out in the field. This international conference was attended by researchers from all over the world, including Professor P. P. from the Department of Political Science of the University of Technology, the first person to attend the conference, and the first person to communicate with each other about the research results of this research project, and to exchange views with each other. This research plan is based on the additional data collection and the research report of the international conference. It includes several amendments to the analysis content and the research results. The research results of this research project are published in the 19th year of Heisei, and the comprehensive development table of this research results is scheduled to be published in the 20th year of Heisei.
