Coping system program for journalists' critical incident stress

为建立新闻工作者创伤应激的护理体系，开展了研究和教育讲座。本文通过对广电管理岗位记者的访谈、对达特中心研究员的访谈、对日本报纸记者的问卷调查、对上海相关记者和学者的访谈等方式进行了研究。举办了教育讲座，邀请了澳大利亚的Cait McMahon和英国的Neil Greenberg等专家。并在日本记者俱乐部介绍了研究结果，并提出了应对记者创伤应激的对策。

Research and educational lectures has been conducted in order to build up a care system for Journalists' traumatic stress. Several researches has been conducted, such as, interview to broadcast journalists in managerial-position, interview to Dart Center fellow, questionnaire to Japanese newspaper journalists, interview to journalists and academics related to this matter in Shanghai. Educational lectures were held inviting specialists such as Cait McMahon from Australia and Neil Greenberg from United Kingdom. Also, at Japan Press Club the findings of the research were presented and the countermeasures for Journalists' traumatic stress were proposed.
