Improvement on teaching by creating Japanese version of International System for Teaching Observation and Feedback (ISTOF)

日本学校教师创造的隐性知识体现了日本教育的优良品质。通过发展ISTOF（国际教师观察和反馈系统），以与芬兰的比较研究为基础，重复试验，通过检查一些关键概念，如反思，评估等，以及背景知识和信息，从日本的角度创建替代指标和项目。通过研究者的介入，教师的隐性知识会被研究者所看到，教师也会有更多的机会来反思自己的教学。

The tacit knowledge created among teachers in Japanese school illustrates characteristic of good quality in Japanese education. Through developing the ISTOF(International System for Teacher Observation and Feedback)based on comparative study with Finland, the trial was repeated to create the alternative indicators and items from Japanese perspectives by examination of some crucial concepts like reflection, assessment etc. and also background knowledge and information. Therefore tacit knowledge among teachers will become visible to researchers, and teachers will have more opportunity to reflect their teaching by intervention by the researchers.
