本研究では、デジタルストーリーテリング(静止画をナレーションでつなげたデジタル紙芝居)の制作を取り入れたプロジェクト型学習を進めてきた。教員養成大学授業では、大学生が「もったいない」「読書」「外国人に向けた日本紹介」等をテーマに、小学校授業では、「この本よかったよ」「英語での自己紹介」をテーマに、学習者がデジタルストーリー作品を制作した。実践成果をもとに、協働学習でのデジタルストーリーテリングの意義、作品制作から学ぶこと、マルチメディアでの情報表現について明らかにした。
