Restructuring of Administrative Law through Public Service Concept

本研究意在修正行政法客体仅限于行政主体活动的思维方式，探讨公共价值在国家或社会中的存在方式，建立有制度保障的秩序和程序。围绕这一学术线索，近年来国外和日本国内对公私伙伴关系理论框架的研究比较活跃。

This research intended to revise the way of thinking that the object of administrative law is limited to activities by administrative subject, to inquire the way of existence on public values in the state or society, and to establish the order and procedure which are institutionally secured. For this academic clue, framework of public private partnership theory has been studied, which are recently interested in foreign countries and local entities in Japan.
