In this research the system and the practice of 'bargaining' between prosecutor and defendant in the Italian and the Greek Criminal Procedure were surveyed and analyzed. The basic theory about the entrapment defense and the unit of the charged fact in the Japanese Criminal Procedure was also developed.

本研究对意大利和希腊刑事诉讼程序中检察官和被告之间“讨价还价”的制度和实践进行了调查和分析。日本刑事诉讼中关于诱捕辩护和指控事实单位的基本理论也得到了发展。
