ケアマネジメントを行う多職種チームのチームアプローチ促進のためにはチームが「共有メンタルモデル」を獲得する必要がある。そのための手法として「チームマップ」を考案し、東京都内の3ヶ所の地域包括支援センターの協力を得て試行的研修を実施した。その結果、チームアプローチ促進のためチームマップを使用することの有用性は確認できたが、実際に使用するためには更なる改良が必要であることが示唆された。なお、「チームマップ」という用語については商標登録を行った。
