「理科学習の延長線上にあるキャリア理解」のために,社会人講師を活用した効果的な学習のあり方を研究した。学習者の職業観・勤労観の理解促進が明らかになったが,既習事項と職業の知識や知恵を結びつけることは容易ではなかった。そこで,概念地図を媒介とする交流活動を組織することで,お互いの理解が促進し一定の効果を得た。
