Development of high quality and highly effective Kanpyou (dried gourd shavings) productive system

本研究开发了干瓜皮自动切割机和真空干燥装置，阐明了高效、高品质干瓜皮生产系统的可能性。首先，了解了具有手工艺的关友生产农民的切割状况。并根据获得的切削条件，研制了关友自动切削装置。其次，对目前关友干燥工作进行了调查。并制作了真空干燥试验装置，了解了坎普油的真空干燥情况。这样一来，原本需要两天的干制时间就可以缩短到现在的两个小时左右。

In this study, Kanpyou (dried gourd shavings) automatic cutting machine and the vacuum dryness device were developed, and the possibility of an efficient, high-quality Kanpyou productive system was clarified. First of all, the cutting condition of the Kanpyou production farmer who had craftsmanship was understood. And, the automatic cutting device of Kanpyou was developed based on the cutting condition of obtaining. Next, present Kanpyou dryness work was investigated. And, the vacuum dryness device was made for trial purposes and the vacuum dryness condition of Kanpyou was understood. As a result, the Kanpyou dryness time to require two days was able to be shortened in about two hours in present.
