本研究で我々は、抗CD19抗体標識ステルスリポソームをDrug Delivery Systemに用いて、B細胞性悪性リンパ腫細胞のp38MAPKを標的とする、新規分子標的治療の開発を行った。まずはin vitroでB細胞リンパ腫細胞株を用いた検討を行い、最終的には患者より採取したリンパ腫細胞をマウスに接種したin vivoの系でも良好な結果を得た。
