大分県宇佐市安心院町での認知症予防の取り組みは平成20年度で5年目を終了する。1250名の住民の中から64名が健忘症MCIとして抽出され、ランダムに抽出された18名(予防活動群)が予防活動を行った。予防活動は認知リハ、栄養改善、有酸素運動から構成され、週に一回二組に分かれて行われた。現在まで1名の脱落者はあったが初期からの17名は活動を続けている。平成20年度までの評価では1名がアルツハイマー病(AD)に移行し、18名中16名の記憶能力は正常化した。脳血流SPECTでは初回時と1年後の評価に比べ、前頭葉の血流低下を認めたもののADに特徴的な血流低下はみられなかた。SPECTからも長期にわたる予防活動の有用性が示された。

The Dementia Prevention and Control Team of Ainsin-machi, Usa City, Oita Prefecture has completed the 5-year project in FY2020. Among the 1,250 residents, 64 people were selected for the amnesia MCI test, and 18 people were selected for the R&D program (prevention activity group). Preventive activities include awareness and improvement, nutrition improvement, acidity exercise, composition, and weekly one and two groups. Now the 1st person has fallen off and the 17th person has been active in the early stage. In the 2009 Heisei 2019 competition, 1st person was diagnosed with AD disease (AD) due to migration, and 16th place out of 18th place was due to normalization of memory ability. The blood flow SPECT of the first time and 1 year later were evaluated, and the blood flow of the anterior lobe was low, and the blood flow of the anterior lobe was low, and the blood flow of the anterior lobe was low. The usefulness of SPECT's long-term preventive activities is demonstrated.
