本研究では、主に1990年代以降のオフィス立地の変化について分析、検討した。経営統合による持株会社の立地選択については東京への集中傾向がある。小売業本社の立地変化をみると大都市以外にも多様な都市での立地もみられる。都市内部でのオフィス立地変化については集積している都心地域で大幅な減少がみられ、立地促進の取組は容易ではないが、行政機関の移転は一つの契機として有効と考えられる。
