本研究の目的は、近代中国のモニュメントの対象として、文字社会における漢字の優位性を明らかにすることである。20世紀の中国には、西洋芸術が導入され、1930年代以降はソ連の社会主義リアリズムが大きな影響を与えたが、漢字の優位性が揺らぐことはなかった。物質に過ぎなかったモニュメントは、政治家による題字や由来を示す碑文が除幕されたときに、はじめて意義を持ち始める。この価値観を本研究では、漢字イデオロギーと呼ぶ。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the superiority of Chinese characters in modern China. In the 20th century, China and Western art were introduced, and in the 1930s, the socialist system was greatly influenced and the superiority of Chinese characters was greatly influenced.
