A Reconstrustion of the Republican Ideals in the Modern Legal System

本课题作为近年来备受关注的共和主义研究，旨在从理论上阐明共和派所要实现的法律理想在现代多元社会中的一致性。为了实现这一目标，我通过查阅、阅读和参考许多关于共和主义的文献，研究了共和主义的自由概念及其与其他法律理想（如美德和平等）的关系。该项目由一名研究员完成，包括在国外研究所的4年时间，完成了包括未发表在内的5篇论文。

This project, as a research on republicanism which has recently attracted more attentions, aimed at clarifying theoretically how the legal ideals that republicans intend to realize are consistent in the modern pluralist society. In order to accomplish this aim, I have researched the republican conception of liberty and its relation to other legal ideals such as virtue and equality, by getting, reading and consulting many literatures on republicanism. This project has been carried out by one researcher during 4 years including the term in the abroad institute, has achieved the 5 articles including unpublished ones.
