本研究では、わが国の医薬品産業を対象に、ある企業におけるM&A実施のアナウンスが同業他社であるライバル企業にどのような影響を及ぼすかを、株価反応に基づくイベント・スタディ分析により検証した。分析結果によると、いくつかの企業では、M&Aの伝染効果を受けていることが明らかになった。また、特に研究開発投資集約度が高い企業では、その効果を強く受けることから、M&AとR&D活動との間には補完関係がみられることが明らかになった。

In this study, the national medical product management system and the enterprise management system were used to analyze the health care system of the medical industry. The results of the analysis showed that there were significant differences in the results of the analysis.
