Goal of this study is the comparison of the agricultural machinery industry in the United States and Japan. Issues of this study are Japanese trading transaction details in the U.S.and historical development process of agricultural machinery industry in Japan and the United States and Asia. "Industrialization variety" as a keyword, highly empirical research aimed at an international perspective. As a result, the development of the local machinery industry, revealed that he had a major impact on the role of distribution systems and production technology.
