本研究では、周産期における心理学的介入の可能性を探るために、周産期医療センターに入院する妊婦、新生児集中治療室に入院する児の母親を対象に、心理的特性の把握や心理学的介入方法について質問紙調査やインタビュー・アンケート調査によるニーズの把握を行った。研究結果から妊婦は強い緊張・不安状態にあり心理的配慮が必要であること、効果的な心理学的介入のためには適切なアセスメントが必要であること、入院中からの継続した心理的援助体制を整えることの重要性が示された。

This study explored the possibility of psychological intervention in perinatal period, maternal and neonatal intensive care unit admission, psychological characteristics and psychological intervention methods. The results of the study show that psychological consideration is necessary for pregnant women to cope with stress and anxiety, and psychological intervention is appropriate for pregnant women to cope with stress and anxiety, and psychological assistance system is important for pregnant women to cope with stress and anxiety.
