项目摘要

2022年度は乳児期の母親の「泣き」に対するレジリエンスを高めるためのホームページの作成を主に行った。ホームページでは、妊娠期の母親が「赤ちゃんのいる生活」をより具体的にイメージできるように母親に協力してもらい動画を掲載した。乳児は成長発達とともに生活や泣きの状況も異なってくるため、第一段階として①退院直後②パープルクライング期の2点に絞り動画を作成した。この2点にした理由としては、退院直後は育児技術も未収得であり、産後の母親が一番困難感を抱きやすい時期である、また赤ちゃんが生理的に一番泣きが激しくなるパープルクライング期の泣きの動画を掲載することで赤ちゃんの「泣き」がよりリアルに経験できると考えたためである。動画の工夫点としては、1日の流れが理解できるように24時間を早送りしているような動画にした。書籍などでは3時間おきに授乳などの育児情報があげられているが、授乳の時間には、直接母乳やボトル哺乳をする時間以外にも、赤ちゃんが泣いている状況でのミルク作りや授乳後の排気、寝かしつけの時間、哺乳瓶の洗浄や消毒など実に細かい過程が存在する。これらの状況がより具体的にイメージできるようにした。パープルクライング期の動画では赤ちゃんが中々泣き止まずに母親が対応に苦慮している状況を描き、妊娠期の母親が赤ちゃんの「泣き」をより具体的にイメージして、対応方法を考えやすいように工夫をした。その他、生後4か月時点での母親のインタビュー動画も掲載した。母親自身に生後2か月までの生活を振り返っていただき、母親自身の体験の声として、産後赤ちゃんとの生活で何が困難であったのか、どうやって乗り越えてきたのかなどの声を掲載した。また動画の他に育児情報として、文字でパープルクライング期に関する知識と「泣き」に対する考え方についても掲載し、母親が自由に閲覧して情報を入手できるように工夫した。
