项目摘要

本研究の目的は、次の①②③を経て達成する。①病棟で展開される患者教育に関わる問題と患者教育力に関係する病棟看護師の特性を解明する。②①の結果と文献検討の結果に基づき、「病棟看護師の患者教育力向上を支援する教育プログラム」を作成する。③作成した教育プログラムのパイロットスタディ行った後、複数の病院において病棟看護師を対象に教育プログラムを行い、その有効性を検証する。この検証には、病棟看護師の患者教育力を測定できる「患者教育力自己評価尺度―病棟看護師用―」（上國料他,2016）を用いる。2021年度は、以下のように研究を推進した。1.病棟看護師が患者教育を展開する際に直面する問題の分析：病棟看護師が展開する患者教育に対する調査（平成27年度実施）のデータと追加調査のデータ（平成29年度実施）を用い、病棟看護師がベッドサイドでの患者教育を展開する際に直面する問題について、Berelson,B.の方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析（舟島，2010）の手法を適用して質的帰納的分析を行った。その結果、29種類の対策が明らかにされた。結果の信用性確保の手続きを終え、結果を登校中である。2．教育プログラムの実施：教育プログラムを3病院にて実施した。現在、データの分析と好評の準備中である。
