代表としての研究は解析を終え、3本の論文を執筆中である。在宅看取りの満足度に関連する要因を、在宅診療記録・訪問看護記録と質問紙から、量的・質的に分析した。１）Awareness of Dying: Visiting Nurses’Responses and Cancer Patients’ Good Death：①終末認識の4タイプの割合、②終末期がん療養者に対する訪問看護師の対応(以下対応)、③終末認識と対応、Good Deathの関連を明らかにすることを目的とした。対象者の属性、終末認識、対応尺度、看取りケア尺度、Good Deathからなる自記式質問紙を用い郵送にて配布・回収を行なった。SPSSにより因子分析、一元配置分散分析、多重ロジスティック回帰分析を行なった。対象者は387名、平均46.8歳であった。終末認識の割合は、オープン67％、閉鎖11％、疑念9％、相互虚偽7％であった。対応として【感情】【希望支援】【情報】の3因子が抽出された。疑念よりもオープン・閉鎖において、訪問看護師は終末期がん療養者の死をGoodDeathと捉えていた。訪問看護師の感情がより肯定的であるほど、死へのケアがより望ましいものであるほど、訪問看護師は終末期がん療養者の死をGood Deathと捉えていた。２）終末期がん療養者に対する情報提供や意思決定支援に関する訪問看護師の考え－質的統合法（KJ法）による構造化３）訪問診療受療中の療養者における在宅療養中断と在宅死に関連する要因の検討-訪問診療記録と訪問看護記録からのレジストリー研究（OHCARE研究）共同研究者としての研究は3本発表された。
