保育施設の施設長への質問紙調査では.慢性疾患の子どもは約30%,発達障害は約70%受け入れており,特別な支援として与薬や医療的ケア,職員の配置の工夫を行っていた.受けたい支援は人員面の補助,専門機関との相談・指導などを求めており,専門機関との連携体制を検討する必要があることがわかった.保育従事者に対する面接調査では,保育を円滑に進めるためには周囲の子の認識や保護者の病気の受容などの影響が大きいこと,加配保育士,専門機関との連携などの支援を必要としていた.

A questionnaire survey on the conservation facility's long-term development.
