英文摘要
We investigated the mechanism for the reduced effectiveness of morphine in neuropathic pain stage in this project. With the mechanism investigated, we tried to develop the gene therapy for neuropathic pain. In addition, we also developed the new analgesic amidino-TAPA, which is extremely effective against neuropathic pain.
