项目摘要

本研究の目的は中学生の援助要請行動から適応に至る過程を明らかにし,それらの実証的研究にづく不適応の予防的介入法を開発することであった。これまでの研究により,援助要請行動から適応に至るプロセスモデルが提唱され,適応の向上につながる援助要請行動に示唆が得られた。今年度は介入法の作成と3つの研究が行われた。介入法の内容は,(1)援助評価の心理教育,(2)ソーシャルサポート提供スキルの集団社会的スキル訓練,(3)援助要請スキルの集団社会的スキル訓練,(4)まとめとしての心理教育,という4つの部分から構成された。実施は50分×2回のセッションとして計画された。さらにワークブックを作成し,介入対象者に配布した。研究1では臨床心理学・発達臨床心理学を専攻する大学院生18名を対象に介入研究が実施された。その結果,介入直後の援助要請スキルとフォローアップ時(約10日後)の被援助志向性の一部が上昇した。研究2では,定時制高等学校2年生3学級44名に介入研究が実施された。2つのスキル得点の低い生徒のみを抽出して分析したところ,有意傾向ではあるが介入後(約1ヶ月後)に2つのスキルの上昇が確認された。研究3では私立女子中学校3年生2学級86名に介入研究が実施された。分析の結果,全体では介入後(約10日後)のソーシャルサポート提供スキルと被援助志向性の一部に有意傾向ではあるが向上が見られた。2つのスキル得点の低い生徒のみの分析では有意傾向ではあるが2つのスキルの上昇が示された。以上より,適応につながる援助要請行動を促進するための実証に基づく介入法が開発され,一定の効果が得られた。中学生対象の介入法開発の過程で大学院生,高校生にも実施し,介入効果,内容の適切性,難易度も考慮されており,中学生以上を対象とした介入法として学校現場でも利用可能なものが開発されたと考える。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of assistance to middle school students, and to develop an intervention method for prevention of discomfort. This is the case for research, assistance, and action. This year, the research on the method of intervention was carried out. The contents of intervention method are as follows: (1) psychological education of assistance evaluation;(2) training of group society;(3) psychological training of assistance group society;(4) psychological education of assistance evaluation; and (4) psychological education of assistance group society. A 50-minute ×2-minute plan was implemented. This is the first time I've ever been involved in a project. Study 1: Clinical Psychology and Clinical Psychology: An Interventional Study of 18 College Students As a result, the willingness to receive assistance increased when the assistance was requested (about 10 days later).
