In order to the evaluation of sleeping posture and distribute the body pressure for comfortable sleep at case of different subjects aged and sex, we studied 5 times experiments.About 50% of sleep time was spent in the supine posture and that body posture varied during nocturnal sleep. The stillness temporal duration in the supine posture were most long in other sleeping postures. There were differences between the elderly and the youth about bedtime, arise time, activity levels, average of% HF during nocturnal sleep and OSA. The distribution area of body pressure in the recumbent posture differed with the body posture ; mattress characteristics ; age, sex, and body habitus of the sleeper, There were significant differences on the number of changing positions of limbs and the area of body touched mattress during nocturnal sleep, though there was no difference in the quality of sleep by PSG.

为了评价不同年龄和性别受试者的睡眠姿势和舒适睡眠的体压分布，我们进行了5次实验，结果表明：50%左右的睡眠时间是仰卧位，夜间睡眠时的体压是变化的。在其他睡姿中，仰卧位的静止持续时间最长。老年人与青年人在就寝时间、起床时间、活动量、夜间睡眠时% HF平均值及OSA方面存在差异。卧位时的体压分布区域因体位、床垫特性、年龄、性别、体型等因素而不同，夜间睡眠时肢体体位变化次数和身体触床面积差异有统计学意义，但PSG睡眠质量无差异。
