With development of new telemedicine system, which solved the problems of degraded quality of transmitted moving images and high cost for the equipments, we established attractive remote education programs in Asia over the research and education network. After intensive discussion both on technical and medical conditions in every institution, we successfully expanded our activities all around Asia with live demonstrations and teleconferences in the fields of surgery, endoscopy, etc. Further development is under way for the new technology such as high-definition quality.
