Phronesis and Mimesis

本课题的主旨是明确实践智慧的概念，即古希腊哲学家柏拉图和亚里士多德认为的指导人类道德行为的实践智慧。这种古代实践推理的最重要的阶段“实践经验”，是为了实现自身的“正义”，而反对与现代实践推理的“审慎”功能相适应的工具性或功利性的“正义”。

The main theme of this project is to make clear the concept of phronesis, which, the ancient greek philosophers like Plato and Aristotle thought, is to lead the human ethical conducts. The most important phase of this ancient practical reasoning 'phronesis' converges into the realization of the 'justice' for the sake of its own, against the instrumental or utilitarian 'justice' which is proper to the function of the modern practical reasoning 'prudence'.
