Various actors take part in the expressive activities in the internet. For example, the work of access providers and host providers makes them possible. They can be sued for their help to the authors of illegal expression. The range of the providers' responsibility is not clear, however. This study has tried to solve this problem. I have referred to the German court decisions and articles, which developed the theories about the responsibility of providers in detail. I have studied especially the responsibility of host providers who enable authors to write their articles anonymously.

各式各样的演员参与到互联网的表现力活动中。例如，接入提供商和主机提供商的工作使它们成为可能。他们可能会因为帮助非法言论的作者而被起诉。然而，提供者的责任范围并不明确。本研究试图解决这一问题。我参考了德国法院的判决和条款，它们详细地发展了关于提供者责任的理论。我特别研究了主机提供商的责任，他们使作者能够匿名撰写文章。
