The Life Course in the Company-Oriented Society: The Changing Structure of Occupational Careers

本研究基于对20世纪80年代初开始职业生涯的劳动者的生命历程研究。本研究的结果表明，男性和女性的职业生涯都存在着多语境机制。例如，宏观背景包括日本终身雇佣制度的弱化、男女平等就业机会法、家庭和医疗休假法。中观语境是企业文化、工作环境、夫妻职业生涯和支持系统，微观语境是个体的人际中介。

This study is based on the life course research of the working people who started their career in the early 1980s. As a result of this study, it becomes clear that there is the multi contextual mechanism of working career of both men and women. For example, the macro context includes the weakening of Japanese lifelong employment system, Equal Employment Opportunity Law between Men and Women, Family and Medical Leave Act. And the meso contexts are the corporate cultures, the workplace environments, the couple's working careers, and the support systems, and the micro context is the human agency of individual.
