We make clear a distinctive character in relation to vocational training within enterprise and public vocational training.1. In the case of electrical machinery industry, worker played part of not only operation of machine but also maintenance of equipment. That was promoted combination of OJT and OffJT, use of education institution off the enterprise.2. In automobile industry, productive technology developed from transfer machine into single-action machine. According to technical innovation, line work became single. Therefore, in automobile industry, the proportion of human relation management is more than that of technology education.3. In the iron and steel industry, according to computer control, worker both watches the CRT and checks the equipment. Vocational training in iron and steel industry is different from automobile industry, and prepare for technology education for high level skill. Informal training in workplace is played for the type of OffJT.4. Public vocational training is education system that replaced OJT of workplace with use of education institution, and play important part of human resources development.

我们明确了企业内部职业培训和公共职业培训的鲜明特征。1.在电机工业中，工人不仅要操作机器，还要维护设备。促进在职培训与脱产培训相结合，利用企业外的教育机构.在汽车工业中，生产技术从自动化机械发展到单动机械。随着技术的革新，流水作业变得单一。因此，在汽车行业中，人力资源管理的比重大于技术教育.在钢铁工业中，根据计算机控制，工人既要看CRT，又要检查设备。钢铁行业的职业培训不同于汽车行业，是为高层次技能人才的技术教育做准备。工作场所的非正式培训是为OffJT. 4类型。公共职业培训是利用教育机构取代在职培训的教育体系，在人力资源开发中发挥着重要作用。
