This study showed that vascular adventitial fibroblast (VAFs) and bone-marrow derived fibroblast contain mesenchymal progenitor cells. Moreover we clarified that VAFs enhanced tumor formation, although "immature status" of VAFs did not contribute to enhanced tumor formation.
