A Study on a Qualitative Evaluation for Preventive Care Programs for the Elderly- Focused on the Empowerment of the Aged-

本研究旨在对以赋权为重点的老年预防护理项目进行定性评价。首先，通过文献综述明确了老年人赋权的定义、构成要素、影响因素、评价方法；其次，确定了支持对持续参与社区预防护理项目的老年人赋权产生影响的具体方面，以及参与者赋权的变化；最后，通过将这些结果与文献综述的结果进行比较，对以赋权为重点的老年预防护理项目的评价项目进行了思考。

This study aimed to develop a qualitative evaluation for preventive care programs for the elderly focused on the empowerment.First, we clarified a definition of empowerment for the elderly, components, influence factors, evaluation methods by literature reviews.Subsequently, we identified specific aspect of support that have had an impact on the empowerment of elderly people participating continuously in preventive care programs implemented in communities, and changes in empowerment of participants.Finally, we considered evaluation items for preventive care programs for the elderly focused on the empowerment through collating these results with the results of literature reviews.
