The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program model created for clinical nursing competences required for nurses working at special nursing homes. We researched the clinical nursing competences required for the nurses working at special nursing homes, and concluded that the main requirements for the educational program are as follows ; (1) Acquirement of precise physical assessment skills. (2) Development of logical communication skills to give the explicit explanation. (3) Development of simulation programs to cope with resident's physical condition changes. (4) Development of management skills to coordinate with other medical or/and non-medical staffs.

这项研究的目的是开发一种为在特殊疗养院工作的护士所需的临床护理能力而创建的教育计划模式。对专科护理院护士的临床护理能力要求进行了调查，结果表明：(1)掌握准确的体能评估技能是护理专业教育的主要要求。(2)发展逻辑沟通能力，给出明确的解释。(3)开发模拟程序以应对居民身体状况的变化。(4)培养管理技能，以便与其他医务人员或/和非医务人员协调。
