项目摘要

Relocation of youths for employment from local to urban areas can be an opportunity or trouble. Youths with low education have stability in urban areas when they find jobs using the traditional Japanese system from school to work. If they quit their jobs, however, they go back to their home towns and have unsteady careers there. Meanwhile, youths who start to work in non-regular employment after school continue to be in precarious positions depending a great deal on economic trends and business strategy. Local friends and the family home are important resources for the youths who were in urban areas and are going back to their hometowns. In other words, we can suppose that people who have little resources tend to fall into difficulties.

把年轻人从当地重新安置到城市就业可能是机会，也可能是麻烦。低学历的年轻人在城市地区通过日本传统的从学校到工作的制度找到工作，从而获得了稳定。然而，如果他们辞职，他们就会回到家乡，在那里从事不稳定的职业。与此同时，毕业后从事非正规职业的年轻人，在经济动向和企业战略的影响下，仍然处于不稳定的状态。当地的朋友和家庭对那些在城市地区的年轻人来说是重要的资源，他们正在回到家乡。换句话说，我们可以假设资源少的人容易陷入困境。
