The Current Trends of the Financial System and Legal Protections of Consumers and End-investors

This research project has aimed to make extensive surveys on legal protections related to consumers and end-investors in the fields of both micro-and macro-finance. We have reached to the conclusions that the legal systems in micro-and macro-finance work together closely in all aspects of financial affairs. And therefore, they have strong influences upon each other when being legislated and then, applied to purely domestic cases as well as transnational ones.
