Program development and evaluation for health promotion of the elderly living alone in the community

本研究的目的是制定和评价社区独居老人的健康促进方案，为制定健康促进的公共卫生政策提供依据。这项针对日本地方政府和条例指定城市的老年人的调查进行了。结果表明，社区承诺量表和社区养老自我效能感量表具有较高的信度和效度，可以作为社区老年人的评估工具。

The purpose of the study was to develop and evaluate of the health promotion program for the elderly living alone in the community, forward establishment of the public health policy, which set for health promotion. The survey for local governments and elderly people in ordinance-designated cities in Japan was conducted. As the results, Community Commitment Scale and Self- Efficacy Scale for Reciprocal Support in Community for the Elderly demonstrate considerably high the reliability and validity as an assessment tool for community-dwelling elderly.
