项目摘要
The purpose of this study is to explore for the method of preparation and application of "Citizen-Made Master Plan". According to the research results of the 13 cases which already had made "Citizen-Made Master Plan" and of the 2 cases which is ongoing projects, there is a potential application of "Citizen-Made Master Plan" to be used for various Machizukuri planning using citizen's participatory approach.
本研究的目的是探索《城市总体规划》的编制和实施方法。根据13个已经制定“公民总体规划”的案例和2个正在进行项目的案例的研究结果，“公民总体规划”有可能应用于采用公民参与式方法的各种Machizukuri规划。
