项目摘要

本研究の目的は、モンゴルにおけるコミュニティーエンパワメントモデルを開発、発展させることである。これまでにコミュニティヘルスやコミュニティ・エンパワメントの要因を明らかにするため、日常生活、住環境、地域活動状況、健康行動、健康状態、ヘルスサービスとその満足度について調査した。本研究により地域でのエンパワメント状況の要因の知見が得られた。得られたデータは質問紙調査とグループインタビュー調査を行い、それぞれ量的、質的に分析した。本研究ではモンゴルの地域住民500名への質問紙調査と4回のフォーカスグループインタビューを実施した。その2年後の2011年には2回のフォーカスグループインタビューを実施し、2年間の変化について検討した。性別や年齢、教育、収入等の属性別に分析した結果、1)成人男女は地域活動に積極的ではない、2)主観的健康感が低い者はわずかな割合であるが、慢性疾患を抱えている者が多い、3)健康行動をとっていない者が全年齢において多いが、特に若い世代は著明である、4)身体的活動をあまり行っていないことが明らかになった。本年度は社会的地位と性別、年齢、学歴、収入との関連を分析、検討し、モンゴル地域住民のエンパワメント状況の特徴と求められる支援への知見が得られ、論文化した。

The purpose of this study is to develop and develop the system. Results: 1) Adult male and female were active in geographical activities. 2) The main health perception was low. 3) Health action was high. 4) Physical activity was high. This year, the relationship between social status, gender, age, education, and income was analyzed, discussed, and supported by the characteristics of the social status of the local population.
