项目摘要

空間計量経済学やセミパラメトリック手法を含む計量経済学手法を用いて、地域や個人における相互関係や多様性を考慮した新たな統計分析手法および計算アルゴリズムの研究・開発を行った。選好の多様性の推定地点により係数値が異なることを許容する「可変係数モデル」と東京都の土地取引データ用いて、都市公園整備の経済評価を行い、その結果をワーキングペーパーとしてまとめ、国際学術誌へ投稿した。また、可変係数モデルを二肢選択プロビットモデルへ拡張した新たな推定方法を提案し、兵庫県六甲山地の防砂ダムの修景に関する仮想評価分析を実施し、回答者の選好が環境意識の高さに応じて複雑に変化することを明らかにした。この結果は国際学術誌Empirical Economicsへ投稿され、現在二次査読中である。さらに、誤差項の分布を特定化せずに可変係数を含む二肢選択モデルを推定する方法についても研究を行った。特に新たに提案した推定方法の一致性を証明し、国際学会Asian Meeting of Econometric Societyで報告した。空間的自己相関を有する可変係数モデルの分位点回帰空間計量経済学で通常「空間ラグモデル」と呼ばれるモデルをセミパラメトリックに拡張した新たなモデルを考察した。特にこのモデルに分位点回帰法を適用することで、不均一分散や極値に対して頑健な推定が可能であり、さらにある変数に関する多様性だけでなく被説明変数の水準に応じた多様性も同時に分析可能となることを示した。本論文では推定方法として二段階一般化モーメント法を提案し、その一致性や漸近正規性などを証明した。この結果は国際学会World Conference of Spatial Econometric Associationにおいて報告された。

In this paper, we propose a new method for estimating two-stage generalization, and prove its consistency and asymptotic normality. The results were presented at the World Conference of Spatial Econometric Association.
