We economically studied how we should keep accesses to medical technology advances from viewpoint of “risk" and “cost". Quantifying risk and cost to new medical technologies, we conducted original survey for people and analyzed using choice experiment based on contingent value method (CVM). Additionally, we analyzed how we should produce new medical technologies from viewpoint of R&D.
