Study on consciousness of plurilingal competence of Japanese adolescents growing up overseas and development of their language pedagogy.

本研究在欧洲、美国和澳大利亚等11个国家对在海外成长的日本青少年的多元能力意识进行了研究。通过对家长及其子女和教师的访谈，分析了影响多语种语言使用和语言学习的因素。因此，他们的日语和其他语言的多元能力意识是影响他们身份认同发展的重要因素，并提出了基于这一因素的语言教学方法。

Researches on consciousness of plurilingal competence of Japanese adolescents growing up overseas were conducted in eleven countries in Europe, the United States of America and Australia. Through interviews to parents and their children as well as teachers, influential factors on plurilingual language use and language learning were analyzed. As a result, their consciousness of plurilingal competence of Japanese and other languages was to be found important factor on their identity development and language pedagogy based on this factor was suggested.
