To identify the neurochemical biomarkers which can predict possibilities for neurological recovery in the acute phase of spinal cord injury, we produced three different severity of contusion mouse spinal cord injury and established technical basis with shotgun proteomics experiments, transcriptome analysis, bioimaging evaluation, and established monoclonal antibodies.
