项目摘要
Area management of greenery landscape can be defined that co-management of property owners and local people who think greenery landscape formed by trees in private properties as a local common resources and enjoy their benefits of them. This study tackled the requirements of area management of greenery landscape. Main results are as follows; Because a general management of property owners has weak points of owners’ physical decline and economic lack with the aging, it is required to cooperative management of owners and local residents. The requirements of areamanagement of greenery landscape are pointed out for owners and local residents tohave consciousness to keep trees of private properties as a common resource, to stipulate the system and a rule of the area management.
绿地景观的区域管理是指业主和当地居民共同管理，将私有物业中树木形成的绿地景观视为当地的公共资源，并从中受益。本研究针对绿地景观区域管理的要求。主要结果如下：由于一般的业主管理方式存在着随着老龄化而出现的业主体质下降、经济匮乏等弱点，因此要求业主与当地居民合作管理。指出了绿地景观区域管理的要求，即业主和当地居民要有保护私有财产树木作为共同资源的意识，要制定区域管理的制度和规则。
