从粉质苹果果实中提取总RNA。RNA样品中含有大量的多糖。本文报道了一个与粉苹果相关的α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷酶基因，并在植物培养细胞中表达了α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷酶的底物特异性。

Total RNA was isolated from apple fruit, which showing mealytexture. Substantial anlout of polysaccharides was contained in the RNA sample. A putative a-L-arabinofuranosidase gene associated with mealy apple was reported.Substrate speeificities ofα-L-arabinofuranosidases expressed in plant cultured cells wereshown.
