Study on the potentiality of asset based lending for agricultural sector

以农业合作社为例，分析了农业企业的信贷能力和借贷环境。我们澄清了以下发现：A)农业合作社贷款业绩停滞的背景；b)农业企业的借贷状况；c)农业合作社对土地抵押物的高度重视。我们进行了实地调查，明确了资产贷款的需求、个人证券的评估和监控问题。

The credit capability and the borrowing environment of farm enterprises were analyzed, focusing on the case of agricultural cooperatives. We clarified following findings;a) the back ground of the stagnation of agricultural cooperative’s lending performanceb)the borrowing condition of agricultural enterprises, c)agricultural cooperative’s stance putting a high priority on the land collateral. We conducted field surveys and clarified the need for the asset based lending, the problems of the evaluation and monitoring of personal securities.
