Disease control based on analysis of cutaneous microbiota in patients with psoriais

寻常性银屑病（PS）是一种具有多种鳞屑的慢性皮肤病。我们将PS患者的皮肤微生物群作为加重因素之一。通过焦磷酸测序法对皮肤菌群进行综合分析，发现与其他皮肤病相比，患者的菌群形成了特定的菌群。微生物群诱导Th1型细胞因子，也对头孢类抗生素敏感。我们的研究结果表明，控制皮肤微生物群能够控制PS的疾病。

Psoriasis vulgaris (PS) is chronic skin disease with many scales. We focused on skin microbiota of the patients with PS as one of an exacerbating factor. Comprehensive analysis of skin microbiota by pyrosequencing assay revealed that patients’ microbiota was formed a specific microbiota compared with other skin diseases. The microbiota induced Th1-type cytokine and also were susceptible with cephem antibiotics. Our findings suggests that control of skin microbiota enable disease control of PS.
